About the event

What is currently going on in the State of Michigan and Michigan Board of Education? What can we as parents of our community do to make positive changes for our kids future?

Join the WLCPR Town Hall to listen to Nikki Snyder speak on these topics and more. Nikki is an Eastern Michigan University graduate serving first as a Registered Nurse and then as a Nurse Educator at Washtenaw Community College. She's currently a Member of the Michigan State Board of Education and is running for Michigan’s open U.S. Senate seat in 2024. Originally from the Upper Peninsula, Nikki is a mother of three children in the public school system.  She got involved in politics because she was worried about the future of her kids' education.
